Trinidad Vigía Reserva Cosecha 2022 unveiled by Habanos S.A
Habanos S.A. has unveiled the Trinidad Vigía Reserva Cosecha 2022, marking the first Reserva release in the history of the Trinidad brand. The product was premiered at an event in Montreux, Switzerland.
As part of the Reserva series, the cigars are crafted from tobacco that has undergone an additional aging process of at least three years, specifically using the 2022 harvest. The cigar utilizes the Vigía vitola, measuring 54 x 110 mm, and is described as having a medium-strength profile.
Production is strictly limited to 5,000 numbered boxes of 20 cigars and 5,000 gift boxes containing three cigars. To combat counterfeiting, the main band incorporates NFC technology, allowing collectors to verify authenticity and access product information. While MSRPs have been listed—with the 20-count box at $3,800 and the 3-count gift pack at $660—an exact global release date has not been confirmed.
