Trinity Airlines revamps in-flight meals for new service model

Trinity Airlines, formerly operating as T'way Air, is launching a revamped in-flight meal service to coincide with its rebranding and the implementation of its Selective Service Carrier (SSC) business model. This model focuses on providing tailored services based on route characteristics and passenger needs, offering competitive pricing on short-haul flights while enhancing premium services on long-haul routes.

On long-haul routes such as Europe, Sydney, and Vancouver, passengers will receive two complimentary meals. Medium-haul routes, including Jakarta and Singapore, will provide one meal, including options for Muslim travelers. All international flights will offer complimentary water and beverages. The meal structure is transitioning from single items to course-style meals including salads and bread.

Business class passengers will be served premium options such as grilled eel and truffle cream chicken pasta, alongside vegan options like vegan hamburger steak. Economy class meals, developed in collaboration with CJ CheilJedang, will feature menus such as soybean paste rice with gondre and chicken cream stew. The airline plans to continue expanding its service capabilities through the introduction of new aircraft models like the A330-900NEO and B737-8.
