Trinity Bank acquires Riverside Karlín office portfolio in Prague

Trinity Bank has completed the acquisition of the Riverside Karlín office complex in Prague from CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo). The transaction involves five office buildings—Nile House, Amazon Court, Danube House, Mississippi House, and Missouri Park—comprising approximately 85,000 square meters of gross leasable area.

According to Trinity Bank, the deal represents the largest real estate transaction in the Czech Republic this year and the largest office transaction in Central and Eastern Europe for the same period. The acquisition marks CA Immo’s full exit from the Czech market as part of a strategic capital rotation program to focus on Class A office properties in Berlin and Munich.

As part of the agreement, Trinity Bank has taken over CA Immo’s existing Czech management team to continue overseeing the portfolio. The bank intends to treat Riverside as a long-term investment, leveraging the district's status as a premier office location and the complex's high-quality architecture.
