Trinity Partners completes medical office portfolio sale in South Carolina

Trinity Partners has announced the successful investment sale of a three-property medical office portfolio located in South Carolina. The combined transaction value for the portfolio was $7,106,763.

The properties are situated in Summerville, Sumter, and Myrtle Beach. All three locations are currently leased to Novant Health, which provides services including urgent care, family medicine, and physical therapy.
