Trinity University volleyball suffers two losses at Tufts Invitational

At the Tufts Invitational, the No. 2 ranked Trinity University of Texas suffered two losses. In their first match, No. 21 Tufts University secured a straight-sets upset victory, winning 32-30, 25-21, and 25-18. Emma Heckman led Tufts with 13 kills, while Claire Castor contributed 12 digs and four aces.

In a subsequent match, Trinity defeated Salisbury University in three sets (27-25, 25-17, 25-19). Salisbury struggled to maintain momentum after a competitive first set, eventually falling to the Tigers' offensive and blocking advantages.
