Triple H says health issues behind him, lauds WWE President Nick Khan

Triple H, WWE’s Chief Content Officer, appeared on the Stephen A. Smith Show and confirmed that the serious heart problem that forced him to retire from in‑ring competition in 2022 is now a thing of the past. He said he now monitors his health carefully and remains cautious, but feels fit and energized.

He also praised WWE President Nick Khan, calling him the best businessman he has ever known and highlighting Khan’s strong grasp of television rights, numbers and his genuine passion for wrestling. Triple H emphasized that the partnership between him and Khan drives WWE’s current product, which he described as a mix of diverse talent ranging from Danhausen to Brock Lesnar and Becky Lynch.
