Tripura government processes over 158 investment project proposals

Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha announced that the state government is currently processing over 158 investment project proposals. These proposals, which include concept notes and detailed plans, are being reviewed by various departmental officials to drive economic development and employment.

To expedite these initiatives, Dr. Saha has instructed secretaries and directors to develop a 100-day plan aimed at grounding all feasible projects. The Chief Secretary will conduct monthly progress reviews to ensure targets are met. These efforts follow the signing of numerous Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) during the Destination Tripura Business Conclave 2026, with the ultimate goal of increasing the state's Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP).
