Separately, Stevanato Group S. p. A. director Luciano Santel sold 2,023 shares on August 7th at an average price of €20.09, for a total value of €40,642.07. The sale, which reduced his ownership by 29.92%, was conducted to cover tax withholding obligations related to the vesting of equity awards. Following the transaction, Santel retains 4,739 shares.
