Korona Kielce coach expresses dissatisfaction with mid-season results

Korona Kielce has reached the midpoint of the autumn round in the PKO BP Ekstraklasa, accumulating 15 points from nine matches. This results in an average of 1.66 points per game.

Coach Jacek Zieliński expressed that while the team appreciates the results given a difficult early schedule, the current standing is not entirely satisfactory. His stated goal was to reach 18 points to maintain a two-point average per match.

Following a recent victory against Raków Częstochowa, the team has entered a three-week international break. Training will resume this Thursday with a reduced squad while national team players are away. The team is scheduled to play a friendly match against Legia Warszawa on October 3, followed by a league match against Pogoń Szczecin on October 11.
