Türk Telekom partners with Stanford for executive leadership program

Türk Telekom has launched a strategic educational partnership with the Stanford Center for Global and Online Education (CGOE) to enhance the leadership capabilities of its senior executives. Conducted through the Türk Telekom Academy under its Leadership School initiative, the program is titled ‘Shaping Culture, Leading Change’.

Designed specifically for director-level managers, the eight-week program will be conducted entirely in English and consists of four modules and seven key topics. The curriculum focuses on innovation, change management, strategic communication, deep connection, and emotional maturity.

Instruction will be provided by Stanford faculty and instructors via live online sessions, self-paced learning modules, and practical discussion sessions. Participants are required to present final projects at the conclusion of the program. İskender Bayrak, Vice President of Human Resources at Türk Telekom, stated that the company views investing in human capital as a vital component of its digital transformation journey and a way to strengthen the national talent ecosystem.
