Türkiye Diyanet Vakfı announces land auction in Afşin

The Afşin branch of the Türkiye Diyanet Vakfı (TDV) has announced the sale of two real estate properties located in the Afşin district of Kahramanmaraş via an open tender process. The auction is scheduled for September 29, 2026, at 10:15 AM.

The first property is located in the Çobanbeyli neighborhood, covering 8,584.89 square meters, with an estimated value of 1,250,000 TL and a temporary guarantee of 37,500 TL. The second property is in the Türksevin neighborhood, spanning 16,480.24 square meters. While the announcement lists an estimated value of 1,250 TL for this second plot, the discrepancy between this figure and the 37,500 TL guarantee suggests a potential clerical error, prompting a recommendation for bidders to verify details through the official tender specifications.

Interested parties must deposit temporary guarantees by 5:00 PM on September 28, 2026. The sales will be conducted on a cash basis, and all associated taxes, fees, and expenses are to be covered by the buyer. The TDV noted that it is not subject to the Public Procurement Law No. 4734.
