Türkiye İş Bankası launches MaxSticker contactless payment solution
Türkiye İş Bankası has introduced MaxSticker, a new contactless payment solution designed to be attached to personal items such as mobile phones. The product aims to reduce the need for physical wallets by allowing users to make payments at physical POS terminals in seconds.
Key features of MaxSticker include the ability to function without a mobile app or a charged phone. To enhance security, the sticker does not display sensitive data like card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes. Users can manage spending limits for the sticker through the İşCep mobile application.
MaxSticker maintains all the benefits of the associated Maximum credit card, including MaxiPuan and Maximil rewards. While it follows standard contactless payment limits, transactions exceeding these limits can be completed by entering a PIN on the POS device. Additionally, the sticker can be activated for e-commerce via İşCep or other banking channels.
