Türkiye Innovation Week 2026 to focus on AI and Humanity 6.0

The 13th edition of Türkiye Innovation Week (TIW26) has been announced, scheduled to take place from October 15-17 at the Haliç Congress Center. Hosted by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) with support from the Ministry of Trade, the event will focus on the theme ‘Humanity 6.0: The New Phase of Humanity.’

Keynote speakers include former Harvard Business School academic Prof. Dr. Prithwiraj Choudhury, former Warner Bros. Pictures executive Jason Bevan, and AI strategist Daron Yöndem. Discussions will center on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on the business world, specifically the rise of ‘Agentic AI’—systems capable of planning and executing tasks to achieve specific goals.

Prof. Dr. Choudhury highlighted a future where every employee may have a personalized AI twin capable of managing emails, sharing information, and attending meetings. TİM President Mustafa Gültepe emphasized that the goal is for Türkiye to be a producer, rather than just a user, of these new technologies, noting the country's rise in the Global Innovation Index.
