Türkiye launches cinematic mini-series to promote Central Anatolia

The Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) has launched “The Knot: Gateway to Anatolia,” a new mini-series designed to showcase the country’s tourism destinations to a global audience through cinematic storytelling.

Produced by Surec Film and directed by Yunus Ozan Korkut, the series follows two competing art historians, Bahar and Toprak, as they research historical and cultural heritage sites. The narrative travels through several key locations in Central Anatolia, including Ankara, Eskisehir, Konya, and Corum, highlighting the region’s history, art, natural landscapes, and gastronomy.

The project follows a previous installment in the Go Türkiye series, “The Route of My Heart: Black Sea,” which reportedly achieved over 62 million impressions and 45 million views during its first week of release.
