Türkiye Official Gazette issues new regulations and court decisions

The Official Gazette of Türkiye published several regulatory updates and judicial decisions on September 30, 2026.

In the Executive and Administration section, two university regulation changes were announced: one regarding the Foreign Languages School at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University and another concerning undergraduate and associate degree education at Koç University. Additionally, a communiqué was issued regarding payments to students pursuing undergraduate and graduate studies abroad under Law No. 1416.

The Judicial section included two decisions from the Constitutional Court, dated June 4, 2026, and September 8, 2026. The Gazette also contained various judicial, tender, and auction announcements, alongside daily exchange rates and government debt securities values determined by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
