TÜRKSAT implements ProjeM platform for public resource management

TÜRKSAT has implemented ProjeM, a digital platform designed to centralize the management of projects, programs, and portfolios for public institutions in Turkey. Launched in 2022, the system aims to consolidate scattered workflows, risks, and resources into a single interface to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Designed according to Project Management Institute (PMI) standards, ProjeM coordinates budget, tender, and procurement processes. The platform enables real-time monitoring of planned budgets versus actual expenditures, helping to identify budget overruns and delays early to protect public resources. By providing senior management with instant access to critical risk data and project statuses, the system seeks to reduce reliance on individual initiatives and foster a culture of transparency and accountability in public investments and infrastructure projects.
