TÜRKSAT nears final stages for 7A satellite production

TÜRKSAT Deputy General Manager Mehmet Sarı announced that preparations for the TÜRKSAT 7A satellite have reached the final stages. The company is expected to soon sign the necessary agreements to begin production, with a formal announcement forthcoming.

Speaking in Aksaray during the 11th TÜRKSAT Model Satellite Competition, organized in collaboration with TEKNOFEST, Sarı emphasized the importance of such competitions in motivating young people and shaping Turkey's technological future. He noted that fostering interest in space and defense industry technologies is essential as global communication and economic interests increasingly shift toward space.
