Vietnam conducts high-level party inspections and diplomatic exchanges

Vietnam is conducting several high-level political activities involving party oversight, cadre management, and international relations.

Politically, the Central Party Office has been granted new regulations defining its role as a strategic advisory body for the Politburo and Secretariat. This includes prioritizing the transfer and rotation of officials between central and local levels. Simultaneously, the Politburo and Secretariat are conducting inspections and supervision of various party committees. National Assembly Chairman Trần Thanh Mẫn led an inspection of the Party Committee of Central Agencies, emphasizing the need for strategic thinking and digital capacity in cadres. Additionally, Nguyễn Duy Ngọc led an inspection of the Can Tho City Party Committee regarding cadre management and the implementation of central resolutions.

In international relations, a high-level delegation from the Lao People's Revolutionary Party visited Vietnam to exchange theoretical and practical experiences. Furthermore, Vietnam and China have engaged in political exchanges between their respective coast guards to strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation. Humanitarian cooperation between Vietnam and China was also discussed through a meeting between the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross and a delegation from the Communist Party of China's social work department.
