Vietnamese entertainer Trấn Thành has addressed public speculation regarding why he and his wife, Hari Won, have not yet had children ten years after their marriage. During a livestream, Trấn Thành stated that while having children would be easy for them, the couple has simply chosen not to prioritize it at this time, noting they feel they lack sufficient time to spend together.

Trấn Thành expressed deep empathy and support for his wife, stating he would never pressure her to conceive. The discussion touched upon Hari Won’s health history; at age 27, she was diagnosed with early-stage cervical cancer. Although she underwent two successful surgeries, the treatment resulted in a shortened cervix, which has significantly impacted her physical ability to carry a pregnancy.
