Trấn Thành faces extreme work schedule with minimal sleep

Singer Hari Won recently shared details regarding the intense work schedule of her husband, MC Trấn Thành, noting instances where he has received as little as 12 minutes of sleep before starting a new workday.

According to Hari Won, Trấn Thành returned home at midnight after filming but continued reviewing footage until approximately 2:10 AM. Although he finally went to sleep at 2:47 AM, he was woken up by his assistant at 2:59 AM to begin his next assignment, leaving him with only 12 minutes of rest.

This is not an isolated incident for the entertainer; he has previously mentioned staying up until 4:00 AM for work, which has occasionally impacted his energy levels during television appearances such as Running Man Vietnam.
