Trấn Thành reflects on early career and perfume passion

During an appearance on the program Woneder, entertainer Trấn Thành shared reflections on his early career and his passion for perfume. He recalled a period 20 years ago when he charged 1.5 million VND per provincial show, noting that this was a significant amount at a time when average monthly salaries were only a few million VND.

He described the emotional impact of receiving his first large payment of 15 million VND for a 10-show contract. After receiving an advance of 7.5 million VND, he recalled being moved to tears while driving. Despite the novelty of the money, he immediately used 2.1 million VND of it to purchase a Chanel perfume, driven by a lifelong passion for fragrances. Trấn Thành noted that he has since grown his collection to over 1,000 bottles.
