Trần Trung Hiếu appointed Vice Rector of Hanoi University of Architecture

Hanoi University of Architecture has appointed Associate Professor Dr. Trần Trung Hiếu as its new Vice Rector. Born in 1991, Hiếu becomes the youngest person to hold this position in the university's history.

Hiếu previously served as the Head of the General Affairs Department. His academic background includes a degree in civil and industrial construction from Hanoi University of Architecture in 2014 and a doctorate in structural engineering from the Military Technical Academy in 2021. In 2025, he was recognized as one of the three youngest associate professors in Vietnam within the construction and architecture sectors.

Deputy Minister of Construction Phạm Minh Hà attended the ceremony to present the appointment decision, noting Hiếu's contributions to the institution. Hiếu's research focuses on advanced construction materials and structural design optimization.
