Trnava Fair 2026 to feature 350 vendors and medieval festivities

The city of Trnava will host its traditional fair from September 10 to 13, 2026, featuring over 350 vendors offering crafts, handmade goods, and local specialties. The event includes a variety of cultural programming, such as the sixth edition of ‘Jarmočné čriepky’ organized by the Trnava Enlightenment Center and the Trnava Self-Governing Region.

Musical performances will span multiple genres, including folk, jazz, and pop. Scheduled artists include Miloš Biháry, the band Gladiátor, rapper Yael, and Katarína Knechtová. The festivities also feature a medieval-themed area called ‘Tyrna,’ which will host a knightly tournament, sword fighting, medieval karaoke, and a torchlight procession.

Family-oriented activities include a fairy-tale world for children, a coronation celebration, and a trebuchet demonstration. The fair aims to combine traditional crafts and folklore with modern musical entertainment.
