Trịnh Khánh Linh Becomes Youngest Chair of PC1Group Board at 27
Trịnh Khánh Linh, born in 1999, was elected chair of PC1Group's board of directors for the 2025‑2030 term on 24 July 2026, succeeding her father Trịnh Văn Tuấn. She joined the family‑owned listed company in April 2026 after stints at KPMG Vietnam and Vietcap, serving as deputy finance and accounting before her appointment. Linh directly holds about 4 million PC1 shares (roughly 1 % of the company) and acts as authorized representative for an additional 87.9 million shares (about 22.35 % of capital) owned by her father and related parties.
The appointment reflects a broader trend of Generation Z executives entering boardrooms in Vietnam. Another example is Trần Ngô Minh Anh, born in 2002, who was named a board member and deputy general director of Ben Tre Pharmaceutical (DBT). Earlier, Lê Đình Dương, born in 2003, became chair of Hòa Bình Securities' board at age 20. These cases illustrate the growing presence of very young leaders in the governance of publicly listed firms.
