Trogir launches 56th Cultural Summer with Perpetuum Jazzile performance

On 4 July 2026 the Trg Ivana Pavla II square in front of St Lawrence Cathedral in Trogir, Croatia, filled to capacity for the opening of the 56th Trogir Cultural Summer. A crowd of locals and visitors welcomed the Slovenian a‑cappella group Perpetuum Jazzile, whose set opened with “Let Me Entertain You” and included hits such as “Mamma Mia”, “Don’t Stop Me Now” and classics by Oliver Dragojević.

The festival, now in its 56th edition after more than half a century, will run for about four months, offering a varied program of concerts, theatre productions, traditional music, free workshops and other cultural events across Trogir, Drvenik Veliki, Drvenik Mali and nearby islands, reinforcing the town’s status as a leading summer cultural hub on the Dalmatian coast.
