Troia City Council approves 13.8 million euro budget variation

The Troia City Council has approved a significant budget variation for the 2026–2028 period, totaling 13,804,015 euros. This adjustment also updates the municipality's three-year public works plan.

Additionally, the council ratified a major agreement with energy company Peridot Solar Green Srl to develop a 145-megawatt agrivoltaic park. The deal includes annual compensation payments to the municipality of nearly 500,000 euros for 20 years. The project features a strategic partnership with Olio Dante Spa, aimed at high-level agricultural investment and the creation of hundreds of local jobs.
