Troika expands construction operations into United States
Kelowna-based construction developer Troika is expanding internationally with the launch of Troika USA in Boise, Idaho. Led by CEO Renee Merrifield, the new branch will focus on general contracting and construction management for commercial, multifamily, and institutional projects within the Treasure Valley region.
Troika USA will be headed by President Jerry Frank, a developer with nearly 30 years of experience in the region. The expansion follows a $50 billion investment by Micron Technology into the Boise area, an initiative expected to create 17,000 new jobs and drive demand for housing, healthcare, schools, and office spaces. The company intends to begin bidding on projects this fall.
