TRON blockchain surpasses $30 trillion in cumulative transaction volume

The TRON blockchain has reached a major milestone, surpassing $30 trillion in cumulative transaction volume since its launch in 2018. This achievement highlights the network's role as a high-throughput settlement layer, particularly for stablecoins.

Data indicates that TRON processes over $30 billion in daily transaction volume and supports more than 405 million individual user accounts. The network's ecosystem is heavily driven by Tether (USDT), which accounts for approximately 98% of the $94 billion in stablecoin supply currently held on the blockchain. This concentration has positioned TRON as a primary infrastructure for moving dollar-pegged digital assets.

Beyond simple transfers, the network is seeing increased institutional interest through staking, derivatives, and custody infrastructure. While the $30 trillion figure represents total throughput rather than market capitalization or annual GDP, it underscores the scale of the network's recurring payment and settlement activity.
