TRON settles $2.21 trillion in stablecoins during Q3

The TRON blockchain network processed approximately 1.1 billion transactions in the third quarter, marking a 33.7% increase compared to the same period last year. According to the TRON DAO Q3 report, the network settled $2.21 trillion in stablecoins during this period, with average daily settlements reaching $24.05 billion.

Stablecoin supply on the network, including USDT and USDD, grew to $93.88 billion, a 5.5% increase from the previous quarter. TRON maintains a dominant position in the stablecoin market, holding over $94 billion in USDT circulation. Additionally, the network captured a 23.2% share of total stablecoin card transaction volume, processing roughly $998 million.

Network activity also saw growth, with monthly active addresses rising 9.8% to 18 million. While transaction volume increased, total network fees fell by 4% to $701.4 million, suggesting a reduction in user costs despite stable throughput. On the institutional side, Canary Capital launched the Canary Staked TRX ETF (TRXS) to provide investors with exposure to staked TRX.
