Troogue.ai appoints Madhusudhana Rao Podila as CPTO

Troogue.ai, an AI-powered capability platform, has appointed Madhusudhana Rao Podila as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). Podila joins the company from Thoughtworks, where he was a senior leader in the Data and AI domain.

The appointment coincides with Troogue’s transition from a capability marketplace into a broader AI-led platform. The company aims to help enterprises discover, evaluate, and deploy verified human expertise at scale through the development of AI agents and a Human Intelligence Data Layer. Podila will oversee product vision, technology strategy, and engineering execution as the company expands its product roadmap and strengthens its AI capabilities.
