Tropea hosts successful stage of Italy's Nastro Rosa Sailing Tour

The sixth edition of the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour, the Giro d'Italia a vela, concluded its Tropea stage with high public turnout and strong competition. Organized by Defence Servizi S.p.A. in collaboration with the Italian Navy and SSI Sport & Events, the event was supported by the Minister for Sport and Youth and linked to the upcoming Mediterranean Games in Taranto 2026. Regional partners included the Calabria tourism authority, the municipality of Tropea and local businesses such as the Tropea IGP Red Onion consortium.
