Troy Jackson discusses housing affordability in Maine

Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Troy Jackson met with residents of the Blueberry Ridge Mobile Home Park in Wells, Maine, to discuss housing affordability and local infrastructure issues.

Residents highlighted concerns regarding rising lot rent increases and a local ordinance on the November ballot intended to cap annual rent hikes based on inflation. Additionally, community members reported significant water quality issues, including dark brown water, and expressed difficulty contacting the park's owner, Phillips International.

Housing affordability remains a central issue in the upcoming election between Jackson and Republican incumbent Senator Susan Collins.
