Troy Lee to receive Academy of Achievement Award

Troy Lee, the chief executive officer of Progressive Lighting, has been named the recipient of the Academy of Achievement Award. The honor will be presented at the 37th ARTS Awards on January 8, 2027, at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.

Lee is recognized for a career spanning over 40 years in the home and lighting industries. After beginning his career at Progressive Lighting in 1983, he founded Savoy House in 2000 and currently leads the largest chain of family-owned residential lighting showrooms in the Southeast. His leadership includes roles such as chairman of the Dallas Market Center Lightovation Board and service on the American Lighting Association Board of Governors.
