Australian singer Troye Sivan has announced his upcoming album, ‘She’s the Best’, and released a new single of the same name. The track is described as an organic, soulful composition that serves as a tribute to women, particularly transgender women, drag queens, and those expressing femininity.

The music video for the single features actress Nicole Kidman and was directed by Gordon von Steiner, who previously collaborated with Sivan on Grammy-nominated projects. The visual is inspired by the queer New York scene of the 1980s, blending hyper-feminine aesthetics with high-fashion glamour. Sivan and Kidman previously worked together on the 2018 film ‘Boy Erased’.
