Tàrrega City Council suspends plenary session due to technical error

The Tàrrega City Council has suspended its scheduled plenary session following a technical failure in the electronic notification system. The incident involved a failure to correctly publish a notification via the e-Notum platform and a malfunction in the Vídeo Actes alert system, which prevented the formal notification of the meeting to council members.

ERC-AM raised concerns regarding the legal validity of any agreements made during the session, citing potential legal insecurity. The session was postponed to ensure all administrative procedures are strictly followed, particularly as the agenda included the approval of fiscal ordinances for 2027.

The Junts municipal group criticized ERC's reaction, characterizing the situation as a combination of human error and technical failure rather than a lack of management rigor. Junts argued that ERC is attempting to turn an administrative incident into an institutional crisis for political gain.
