Três Lagoas hosts sustainable art exhibition and workshop

The City Hall of Três Lagoas, through the Municipal Secretariat of Tourism and Culture (SETURC), is organizing the “Arte que Renasce” (Art that Reborn) exhibition on October 22, 2026. The event serves as the official delivery of the Núcleo de Artes, showcasing artistic works produced during the second half of 2026.

The program includes the presentation of winter collections and the launch of spring collections, highlighting various artistic techniques and styles. A central feature of the event is a workshop led by artist and teacher Rute Ardigó, which focuses on the reuse of disposable materials. Participants will explore methods for transforming discarded items, such as CDs, into new artistic pieces.

The initiative aims to promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices by demonstrating how art can serve as a tool for waste reduction and material repurposing.
