Três Lagoas launches blood donation campaign

The City Hall of Três Lagoas, through its Civil Defense Coordination, is promoting the ‘Dia D de Ação Solidária’ campaign to increase blood donation awareness and mobilization. In partnership with Hemosul de Três Lagoas, the initiative began on August 17 and is scheduled to run until September 21, 2026.

The campaign aims to maintain regional blood stocks to ensure coverage for urgent, emergency, and continuous medical treatments. The Civil Defense is encouraging individuals, companies, and community groups to participate. Organized groups are requested to schedule appointments in advance, with each entity able to mobilize up to five collaborators per date.

Various local institutions, including the Military Firefighters, SAMU, and the 2nd Military Police Battalion, have already joined the initiative. The list of partners remains open for new members until the campaign concludes.
