Três Lagoas: Pregnant woman abducted and assaulted by armed group
A 19-year-old pregnant woman was abducted and assaulted by armed men in Três Lagoas, Brazil. The incident occurred on a Wednesday in the Vila Haro and Vila dos Ferroviários regions.
According to reports, four hooded individuals broke into the victim's residence and forced her into a vehicle at gunpoint. During the abduction, the suspects allegedly identified themselves as members of the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) faction and interrogated the woman regarding potential ties to the rival Comando Vermelho (CV) organization. The victim denied any involvement with the rival group.
The woman, who is 11 weeks pregnant, was subjected to physical violence, including blows to her face and mouth, and had her mobile phone accessed by the attackers. She was eventually abandoned in the Vila Verde neighborhood. Following the incident, she received medical treatment at Hospital Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora.
During a search of the victim's residence, police discovered 36 portions of a substance resembling crack cocaine. The victim stated the drugs had been left there by an individual with alleged criminal ties. As of the latest reports, no suspects have been arrested, and authorities are investigating the circumstances of the kidnapping and the origin of the narcotics.
