TRT Mato Grosso revenue grows 21.8% to over R$ 103 million

The Labor Court of Mato Grosso (TRT MT) reported a 21.8% increase in revenue during the 16th National Week of Labor Execution, totaling over R$ 103.5 million. This growth marks a significant rise from the R$ 85 million collected in 2025, placing the court in second place among small-sized Regional Labor Courts.

During the event, which took place from the 14th to the 18th, the court conducted 2,092 hearings and approved 859 settlements. Revenue sources included approximately R$ 45 million from conciliations, R$ 14 million from warrants, and R$ 15 million from a regional auction. Additionally, the efforts generated roughly R$ 18.3 million for Social Security and various amounts in income tax.

A notable outcome involved the settlement of 67 long-standing processes against Cerâmica Dom Bosco, some of which had been in the judicial system for approximately 30 years. Facilitated by the Coordination of Support for Execution Effectiveness (Caex), the negotiation allowed for the use of available assets to resolve claims filed between 1993 and 2005.
