TRT3 staff receives national award for human resources management

Staff members from the People Development Secretariat (SEDP) of the Regional Labor Court of the 3rd Region (TRT3) have been recognized by the National Council of Justice (CNJ). The group, coordinated by Ânderson Lima de Oliveira, secured second place in the Judiciary People Management Practices Award for their project titled “Mapeamento das Competências dos Postos de Trabalho” (Mapping of Job Competencies).

The methodology involved mapping the specific skills required for various positions within the court to improve institutional management and align practices with organizational needs. The award was presented by Kátia Magalhães Arruda, a minister of the Superior Labor Court (TST) and CNJ counselor.
