Truck and DTC bus collide in Delhi Cantonment

A dump truck collided with a Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) bus in the Delhi Cantonment area on Wednesday morning. The accident occurred near the Thiraiya traffic light after the truck crossed the Delhi Cantt flyover toward Dhaula Kuan.

Four people were injured in the collision. Three individuals traveling in the truck, identified as workers for the Delhi Cantonment Board, sustained injuries. The driver of the DTC bus suffered a fractured leg. No passengers on the bus were reported injured. The injured parties were transported to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital for treatment. Police are currently investigating the circumstances of the crash and awaiting medico-legal reports.
