A 28-year-old man has been charged with four offences following a fatal collision on the Princes Highway at Falls Creek in June. The crash involved a car and two trucks near Mortimer Road.

The collision resulted in the deaths of 62-year-old Donna McKeon and her partner, 47-year-old Malcolm. During the incident, a 73-year-old truck driver was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, while the driver of the second truck was airlifted to St George Hospital in serious condition.

The driver facing charges has been accused of dangerous driving occasioning death, negligent driving occasioning death, and two counts of driving in a manner dangerous. He is scheduled to appear before the Nowra Local Court on Tuesday, November 3.
