Truck overturns on A28 motorway near Berville-en-Roumois

A heavy goods vehicle overturned on the A28 motorway near Berville-en-Roumois on Wednesday afternoon. The truck struck the central reservation before coming to a halt across both lanes in the direction of Alençon from Rouen.

Debris from the collision was scattered onto the fast lane of the opposing direction. Emergency services responded to the scene, but no injuries were reported. The motorway was initially closed entirely to secure the site, but traffic was partially restored to a single lane by late afternoon, though disruptions were expected to continue.
