Truckin’ BBQ to close flagship Hillcrest location

Truckin’ BBQ is closing its flagship location at the Hillcrest Village Shopping Centre. Owners Tony Kubek and Paul Johnson announced the decision on social media, citing an inability to reach an agreement with their landlord.

The restaurant's final day of service will be Sunday, Sept. 13, with operating hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Despite the closure of the Hillcrest site, the business will continue to operate its Port Moody location, food trucks, catering services, and event offerings.
