The portal also provides nutrition guidance, breastfeeding advice, mental‑health resources, and adoption information, but it does not include information on in‑vitro fertilization (IVF). At a maternal‑health event the same day, President Trump announced a proposal encouraging employers to offer health‑care coverage for IVF and other fertility treatments, though it would not be mandatory.

Kennedy Jr. warned of a national “fertility crisis,” citing alleged declines in sperm counts and exposure to endocrine‑disrupting chemicals as threats to the economy and security. Experts say the cited sperm‑count data have been debunked and that the broader fertility concerns are more nuanced.
