The renovated four-bedroom, four-bathroom ranch-style home is located adjacent to the Mar-a-Lago estate. The property is currently being marketed for $110,000 per month, or $1.32 million annually. This represents a reduction from a previous asking price of $122,500 per month.

Built in 1974, the 4,072-square-foot residence is offered fully furnished and includes mahogany and marble flooring, a home office, a swimming pool, and beach access. According to sources, the property has been used as a guest house for the president, senior administration officials, and members of the Trump family.
