Trump Tower Tbilisi unveiled as part of $2 billion project

The Trump Tower Tbilisi was officially presented during a global launch event held on September 15. As part of the $2 billion Downtown Tbilisi project, the 62-story tower is expected to reach a height of 280 meters, making it the tallest building in Georgia.

Developed in collaboration with The Trump Organization, the project involves key partners including Archi Group, Invia, and The Sapir Organization, with investment from Block Stone Capital, Finvest, and Vector Group. The architectural concept was designed by the global studio Gensler.

The tower serves as a central symbol for the Downtown Tbilisi development, which aims to create a premium district featuring luxury residences, high-end hotels, commercial spaces, and entertainment facilities. The project is positioned to attract international investment and strengthen the high-end real estate market in the Caucasus region.
