Speaking at the Irish Open in Doonbeg, Ireland, Trump stated that while Ukraine may pursue other military targets, it should avoid diesel infrastructure because the resulting shortages “hurt the world.” He attributed the current global diesel crunch to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine rather than tensions in the Middle East.
