The fair, featuring state pavilions, a daily rodeo, an 110‑foot Ferris wheel and a FIFA Fan Fest World Cup watch party, attracted roughly 150,000 visitors in its first three days, but attendance was modest overall as triple‑digit temperatures and limited shade forced several temporary shut‑downs.

The event also hosted a 24/7 musical prayer ministry called David’s Tent, which operated independently of the official program and performed baptisms for at least 190 participants over 16 days. Several states declined to field booths due to budget constraints. President Trump praised the fair on social media, describing it as “packed with happy people.”
