TRUNK(HOTEL) announces Christmas menus and Kumamoto-sourced cakes

TRUNK(HOTEL) in Shibuya, Tokyo, has opened reservations for its 2026 Christmas limited menus. The offerings include two types of dinner courses at TRUNK(KITCHEN) on December 24 and 25, featuring seasonal ingredients such as Kinmedai, Hakodate flounder, and Ezo deer. The 6-course menu is priced at 17,600 yen, while the 8-course menu is 21,000 yen.

Additionally, TRUNK(STORE) is offering Christmas cakes and roast chicken. The cakes, themed ‘Mémoire de Noël’, utilize ingredients from producers in Kumamoto Prefecture, including strawberries, chestnuts, and tea leaves, to honor the region's recovery efforts following the 2016 earthquake. Available items include the ‘Le lien’ cake and various petit cakes. Reservations for these items are available through October 1 until December 13.
